Weimar Motel

Clean, comfortable, feels more like a home than a motel, pet friendly, and very affordable ! My only complaint would be the train going through the town .

Great place.. nice clean safe. One draw back is the trains. 3 a night. But once you get use to it there are no problems.

Pretty quaint and simple place. I was able to check in at 2 in the morning and the price was only 40 dollars. Don’t expect too much from this place it is still very very old and off the highway but it was clean and super quiet. The town it was in was soooo cute, it looked like a look into middle 1900’s past with old style buildings. There was an old school jail, some shops even a museum on the same street. But what was beautiful was that you could see the stars. The only thing is that the unit we were in did smell like a cigarette mixed with sewage. It wasn’t over powering but it was noticeable at first. I still am going to make this place a place I go to the next time we make the road trip out.

It's quiet, clean,, in away -- It's outdated so the decor makes it run down looking, but the owners ARE in the process of remodeling/updating. (young couple--trying, good for them). Price is fair, there's little garage port for ea. room. Animals are permitted, for a small fee (also weekly) of course. The owners are nice, friendly. Give 4 stars---but need to know this is not 4-5 star hotel/quality rating. There no amenities but free wifi, warm shower, tp as needed, and place to sleep, stay a few, or place to live for a while. It's nice and quiet. I've stayed there 2x in last 10 months, ea. for 1 wk.Some might say it looks/ could be drug infested,flop/roach motel but the other tenants seemed pretty decent. --young kid on own first time, young couple down on there luck with new baby, man working nites. Never saw anything unsavory .(well, not the row of effic. rms I was at). I'm hoping next time, if need to, I'll be staying in one of the remodeled rms. I'll probably "demand" to please let me have one. Lol. Oh. Not gonna lie, there were a some roaches , 2-3 ⭐ if that's all I focused on. But there were more pros than cons in my situation. CANT WAIT TO SEE HOW IT LOOKS WHEN UPDATE IS FINISHED.

Sorry for the bed. I just folded back the sheets. Which to say never been at a motel that had such awesome beds sheets. Like your at home... Big cotton blanket... I stayed last week. And it was spectacular... Looks old and run down,but don't let that fool you. The manager was a nice and very helpful man, rooms looks like a $100 or more small but big in comfort.. will definitely stay Again the next time I pass through..
